Model Fees
Model rates are determined individually, based on their professional experience, industry status, and market demand. The final fee may also be influenced by:
• Type of clothing involved (casual wear, swimwear, lingerie, bridal gowns, etc.)
• Shooting location (outside the city, abroad, etc.)
• Shooting conditions (extreme heat or cold, water scenes, etc.)
Hourly Rate
Hourly and fixed rates remain the same regardless of the day or time. In case of a waiting period exceeding 20 minutes during the booking, this time will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Preparation time is billed separately as a fixed fee in addition to the model’s main rate.
Preparation time refers to the period allocated for hair and makeup done by a professional (not by the model). This fixed amount applies regardless of the location or duration. If the client requests the model to arrive with self-done hair and makeup, preparation time is still included in the calculation, but the agency is not responsible for the result.
Daily Fixed Rate
• Shoots up to 5 hours are billed at a half-day rate.
• Shoots from 5 to 8 hours are billed at a full-day rate.
Preparation time is considered part of the working day.
Any work beyond the agreed schedule will be billed as overtime, based on the standard hourly rate.
Travel & Location:
For shoots outside the model’s base location, a fixed travel fee is added to the model’s rate, along with other travel-related expenses (such as tickets, taxis, accommodation, etc.).
The client may arrange travel themselves or request the agency’s assistance in finding the most cost-effective options. In such cases, all arrangements must be approved by the client in advance, and prepayment is required.
Fittings
Fittings are billed at 50% of the model’s standard hourly rate.
Cancellations
• Cancellation within 2 days or less before the confirmed call time: 40% of the agreed fee will be charged as compensation.
• Cancellation 1 day before the shoot: 50% of the agreed fee will be charged.
• Date changes are not subject to cancellation fees.
Usage & Extra Fees:
The use of a model’s image for out-of-home advertising (such as billboards, printed ads, in-store banners, branded packaging, and similar materials) requires the model’s prior written consent and is subject to a separate usage fee, calculated based on the media type, duration, and territory of use — regardless of the original shoot date.
Standard usage such as brand websites, online publications, social media, lookbooks, and catalogues is typically included in the base rate unless otherwise agreed.
If the client requests social media promotion (e.g., posts, stories, reels) from the model acting as an influencer or content creator, this is considered a separate service and must be discussed and quoted individually.
Payment Terms
Model fees must be paid within 7 calendar days from the shoot date. For international SWIFT transfers, the client covers all related bank fees.
Barter Agreements
Any barter arrangements are to be discussed directly with the agency.
